Please join AWWEE's Orange County and Inland Empire Regional Team in welcoming Allison Hart Ph.D., Executive Vice-President of The Energy Coalition, for this special Path to Power event. Ms. Hart will provide insight on her personal path to power story and teach us about effectively navigating generational gaps in the workplace while getting ahead in your career.
Allison is currently on the Board of Directors for the social change organization The Energy Coalition, and serves as the Executive Vice President, where she focuses on strategic planning, business development, management, and leadership development. Prior to joining the organization, Allison was the City Manager for the City of Irvine. During her tenure, Allison served as President of the California City’s Managers Association. At the time, she was the only female City Manager in Orange County and she led the way with development of the Irvine’s first five-year Strategic Business Plan to provide capital reserves for the future and a safe, diverse community. She has worked extensively with public, private and non-profit organizations and energy management. She holds a PhD from Price School of Public Policy at USC.
