Come join AWWEE for lunch at IRWD and learn about IRWD's innovative water resource projects and efforts to reduce IRWD's carbon footprint with its Green House Reduction Plan.  You'll see a demonstration of the process used to produce recycled water, and IRWD's lab staff will show you how it looks under the microscope.  Participants will have a chance to take a brief guided tour of IRWD's San Joaquin Marsh, and learn about the natural treatment process used to treat urban runoff before it enters the ecologically sensitive Newport Bay.

Registration required; space is limited.

Thank you to IRWD for hosting and providing lunch!
