Please join AWWEE’s Sacramento Region and California Women in Energy for a tour of the Folsom Powerhouse. The 1895 Folsom Powerhouse is one of the oldest hydroelectric powerhouses in the United States and one of the first to produce alternating current, which allowed power to be transmitted from Folsom to Sacramento to power streetcars, streetlights and factories.

A no-host networking reception will follow at Sudwerk Brewhouse Grille located nearby. Appetizers will be provided.
