Felicia Marcus has been squarely in the middle of California's worst drought on record, a position the New York Times recently described as "Part Empathetic Confessor and Part Friendly Scold."  Her public visibility during this crisis seems only to have strengthened her ability to communicate unflinchingly through messages that have had a remarkably positive impact on public behavior.

The AWWEE Bay Area Regional Team is pleased to host this special opportunity to talk with Felicia Marcus in a small, interactive setting over lunch.
