Join the AWWEE Sacramento Regional Team for a tour of the CAISO LEED Platinum Building and learn about the building's innovative features. CAISO staff will explain many of the specific designs for heating, cooling, lighting, water, photovoltaics and waste recycling systems, which contributed to gaining this top designation.  After the building tour, there will be a discussion on electric grid operations from the vantage point of the “Overlook” room, a viewing room of the CAISO Control Center.  A casual catered lunch will follow the tour and will include both tour attendees and CAISO staff.

COST: $20 for members and $40 non-members

Foreign nationals require specific clearance procedures at the CAISO.

Registration is open to members only initially. If space is still available, registration will open to non-members on April 11, 2016. Registration closes Tuesday, April 19, 2016.
