Carol Lew, shareholder with Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, will provide insights on the bond financing provisions (and related areas) of the new Economic Stimulus Package and its effects on water/energy/environmental sectors.

Fran Spivy-Weber, Board Member, State Water Resources Control Board, will provide a perspective from the State Water Board's charge by EPA to use the Revolving Fund to distribute monies associated with the Clean Water Act--wastewater and nonpoint source projects.
