LA County Public Works, Metropolitan Water District, and Southern California Edison will share their challenges and strategies during these unprecedented dry conditions. Droughts are inevitable in California, but changing hydrology may cause more frequent or longer dry periods in the future. What is needed to help Southern California be more resilient during a drought?
